Homemade Valentine Treats

Sadly we will not be able to open the doors of our UK caravan parks to you all this Valentine’s Day but we have come up with some fun gift ideas to do at home for your loved ones.

Card making - Card-making is a great way to get crafty and creative at home. Sometimes a homemade Valentine’s Day card can mean more than a shop bought one, so pull out your art supplies and create a card full of love.

Love Rocks – Head out for your daily exercise and collect a selection of rocks/ pebbles and cover them in love hearts, glitter and wrap them up for the ones you love.

Cupcakes – There is no sweeter gift than a delicious cupcake, especially cupcakes that have been handmade with love. Here is a Valentines cupcake recipe from BBC Good Food sure to make your loved ones feel super special.

Lipstick Art - I'm sure everyone has some lipsticks festering at the bottom of their make up that they don't ever wear. Why not use them to make a truly lovely piece of art. You can use any sort of paper or canvas (just test a small area first). You can either put them lipstick on and create an abstract piece of your lip smacking kisses or create a heart template you can 'colour in' with a range of pinks and reds. Allow your masterpiece to dry for 24 hours before framing it.
